How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders ae typically processed within 1-2 businessdays during Mondaythrough Friday. An email confirmation with the tracking information wil be send after the order has been shipped. Orders are shipped for sunny California and usually take 1-4 business days to deliver, depending on your location.
How much does it cost to ship?
The shipping cost varies with each order, and we try to reduce the packaging while still maintaining product quality and integrity. The checkout page will display the various shipping rates. We can also offer pickup for local orders.
Can I schedule a delivery for an exact date?
We ship using the best available rate for our customer, using the most popular carries. However, these carriers cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date. Please let us know if you have a specific date you need your order by, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Can I order this if I am International?
Yes, we ship Internationally - typically to Mexico and Canada. We will attempt to ship to other locations as long as pampas products are allowed by the law.
What if there is a carrier delay?
Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. PampaParty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and we are unable to offer refunds for orders that arrive late due to transit issues. If your package is delayed, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier using your tracking number.
