Thank you for supporting PampaParty!
Each of our pieces is lovingly handcrafted and made-to-order using natural, dried florals. Because of the custom and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.
That said, we completely understand that mistakes can happen. You may be eligible for a replacement if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your package was lost in transit
If any of these apply, please contact us at info@pampaparty.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
Change of Address
PampaParty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. It is the customer responsibility to verify the address before purchasing. Once a package has shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery information.
If your order was sent to the wrong address, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the resident at that location or the carrier to retrieve the package.
Order Cancellation
Due to our made-to-order process, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Natural Scent
Some dried florals may carry a natural, earthy scent due to the preservation process. This is completely normal and not considered a defect.
To reduce the scent, you can gently air out the bouquet for a few days. You’re also welcome to lightly mist them with room spray if desired. We do not offer returns due to scent.
Variations in Color & Shape
Because our florals are 100% natural and handmade, no two arrangements are exactly the same. There may be slight differences in color, size, or shape compared to the photos on our website.
If a specific flower or stem is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with a similar variety of equal or greater value to preserve the overall look and feel of the design. Rest assured, every arrangement is crafted with care and designed to wow!
My Order Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It
We know how frustrating it can be when your tracking shows “Delivered” but there’s no package in sight. Here are a few steps to try before reaching out:
- Check with neighbors or nearby units in case the package was delivered to the wrong door by mistake.
- Look around your property, porch, side yard, mailbox area, or building front — carriers sometimes leave packages in less obvious spots.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number, full name, and shipping address — they may be able to provide more details or GPS scan data.
